How does a customer place an order with GISOLE, LLC? Once your needs have been determined please call us. Customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (EST). You may also place a request for a Free Online Quote and receive a response within 24hrs. How does a customer pay for services? Customers may pay with MasterCard, Visa, or Business Check. Is a deposit required to begin work? Normally a 20 - 50% deposit is required on a balances, before work will begin. The remaining is due upon completion of the job. Can specific appointment times be made? Of Course! We will work around your schedule. We understand the importance unecessary "down-time" and will ensure that there is as little as possible. Who do you call to change or cancel an appointment? When changing your appointment, the customer will be instructed to call their assigned project manager. Customer should provide the proposal number whenever possible. How long does a service call take? Assembly times vary depending upon the type of work required. Ask the project manager for an estimated completion time. Will installers remove packaging materials and dispose of excess? Yes! There is a small additional cost for us to safely dispose of any unused or unwanted furniture/materials. Does GISOLE, LLC. warrant its work? GISOLE, LLC. provides a 30-day warranty of assembly workmanship from the date of assembly. This does not supersede the manufacturer's warranty on the product itself.
